Undoubtedly dispensation of justice is the most sacrosanct and blessed duty bestowed upon a judge by ALLAH so must be taken diligently and seriously. The District Judiciary reflects the image of the judicial system of the country as the public litigant have to first encounter with the court of the District Judiciary for their redress. We being the members of the District Judiciary have a bounden duty to uphold the confidence of the public over the judicial system and thus will have to strive hard to have command not only on the law but also over the case management to decide cases not only fairly but also expeditiously. To do natural justice between the parties, the entire proceedings must be carried out in presence of both the parties. The judge earns respect owing to his judicial work alone while primary duty of a judge is to do justice and nothing else. The judge is not expected to oblige anyone as the best reward is with ALLAH and the Judge must take the judicial work as adoration to gain recompense in the day hereafter. May ALLAH bless us with to perform this sacred duty with devotion and commitment. (Ameen).
